Payment Options

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express

We offer secure credit card payment via Shopify payment, Paypal express checkout, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google pay. Snug as a Bug does not receive your payment details and cannot store or charge any extras to your card. Please note payment is made at the time of ordering not when products are shipped

Delivery

We ship to New Zealand addresses only. For delivery time please check the individual product page. 

Pricing for delivery is $8.50. Free shipping for order over $200. The shipping is calculated at checkout. 

In-stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours. Made-to-order items (decals, stickers, posters and wall art prints) will be dispatched within 2-6 working days.

Most decals orders arrive in 2-7 working days. Blankets and ornaments are made to order in Australia.  Please allow 7-15 working days for production and delivery.

Rural delivery can take additional 2-3 days.

You will receive tracking information for your order but you are welcome to contact us for assistance if your parcel has not been delivered in the time frame advised above. 

Your order may be sent in separate packages so that you can receive your items as soon as possible.
