Payment Options
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express
We offer secure credit card payment via Shopify payment, Paypal express checkout, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google pay. Snug as a Bug does not receive your payment details and cannot store or charge any extras to your card. Please note payment is made at the time of ordering not when products are shipped.
Bank Deposit
Bank deposit is available for customers wanting to make payment via internet banking, (select this option from the drop down menu in the payment section). Banking details will be provided on your receipt.
Delivery
We ship to New Zealand addresses only. For delivery time please check the individual product page.
Pricing for delivery is $6. The shipping is calculated at checkout.
In-stock items will be dispatched within 24 hours. Made-to-order items (decals, stickers, posters, wall art prints and wallpaper/wall murals) will be dispatched within 2-6 working days.
Most orders arrive in 2-7working days. Rural delivery can take additional 2-3 days.
You will receive tracking information for your order but you are welcome to contact us for assistance if your parcel has not been delivered in the time frame advised above.
