Our decals, stickers, wall art prints, posters, blankets and ornaments are made to order. These custom made items cannot be returned unless there is an error/ fault with the product.
I'm very happy with my purchase and the excellent service. This product was out of stock when I first went looking, so I contacted Snug as a Bug via their FB page. Within a few days I was told the sparkle jar was back in stock so I ordered it immediately. I love the sparkle jar and at night we put it on a bedside table and enjoy the lovely display it gives off, especially the shapes that form on the ceiling. They almost look like clouds. I thoroughly recommend this product and the service.
