If you wish to return a product please advise us on our contact us page within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
The only exceptions are on clearance sale items and custom made items (such a kids names art etc) - these cannot be returned unless there is an error/ fault with the product. To return an item/order please:
1. Contact us through our enquiry page within seven (7) days of receiving your order to advise of the item/s you wish to return.
2. We will advise of details required with the returned item/s plus return address.
3. Send your returned items unopened*, unused, unwashed and with all original packaging. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition within ten (10) days of notification of intention to return. Please package carefully so the item/s are returned to us in mint, saleable condition or we will be unable to refund.
4. If using NZ Post to return, keep your receipt even if the product is not tracked. NZ Post have insurance for any parcels lost and your receipt is required. Snug as a Bug cannot be held responsible for any items not received but we will assist in anyway we can if your parcel is lost (or damaged). Alternatively chose a tracked option (still necessary to keep that receipt though!).
*Important: We cannot accept products that have been removed from their packaging. Different computer monitors and settings mean that the actual product colours maybe different to expected but colours can be checked while in packaging, so only remove from packaging if you are choosing to keep the duvet/product. We are also happy to help with colours so feel free to contact us first for color information prior to purchasing.
We will not refund on products that do not meet ALL of the above criteria.
Freight charges cannot be refunded. All returns (even those that qualified for free freight) will be refunded minus the freight charge. If the return brings the total of the order below $100 then you forfeit the free freight and your refund will be minus the freight charge.
