kids room of the month competition terms & conditionsProposed 2012 Competition - have you say, details coming soon!1. Competition Dates for 20122. Entry Terms and Conditions1. Competition Dates:For the monthly draw photos must be received by the 25th of each month (first draw will take place on 1 February 2012). The winner of the draw will receive a $50 Snug as a Bug Voucher. As a thank you all entrants (except the $50 voucher winner) will receive a discount voucher entitling them 20% of their next order (discount vouchers will be sent out once draw has been done and a winner announced). All photos received will be entered into our annual best room competition with the chance to win a $250 Snug as a Bug voucher! Rules of Entry1. Photos submitted for the best room competition are the property of Snug as a Bug 2002 Limited for the expressed purpose of displaying on our customer photo page and the website in general. They will also be used for publicity purposes on Facebook and in our newsletter and potentially in media advertising.2. Snug as a Bug 2002 Limited have the right to decline or reject any entry due to content, quality or any other reason of unsuitability. We also reserve the right to reject photos of products that have sold out or are no longer available for purchase.3. The main item/focus of the photo should be the product purchased from Snug as a Bug. Entries must not be collaged pictures ie two of three pictures combined to make one photo. If you would like other photos included in your entry please send all photos separately and where possible we will include these in your entry.4. Photos must be received before the cut off date for the month, any entries received after the monthly cut off date will be held over for entry in the following competition. Entries are limited to 15 entries per competition and we must receive a minimum of 8 entries for the competition to proceed. Any further entries after the first 15 received will be held over to the following competition. If less than eight suitable entries are received the competition will not go ahead for that month and the entries received will be held over to the next competition.5. Only one entry per person in each competition. You can enter multiple monthly competitions but only one photo for each competition is allowed ie you can have one entry in September and one entry in November but not 2 entries in November.6. All entries must contain a name, address, phone number and email of the person entering the competition plus the photo with details of the product purchased, date of birth is also required to satisfy the Wildfire competition rules that entrants must be over 18 years old (we never reveal this information). All entries are to be sent to info@snugasabug.co.nz or lynette@snugasabug.co.nz.7. All voucher winners must use their voucher within 3 months of being receiving their winning voucher. The voucher cannot be used for overseas freight charges.8. We reserve the right to update or change the Terms and Conditions without notice. |
