Returns
Snug as a Bug returns policy is simple, you have seven days from receiving your purchase to advise us that you have changed your mind, don’t like the colour or are just not happy for any reason! Simply contact us within seven days to advise that you wish to exchange or return your item and you will receive a return address and code.
Item/s must be returned unused, unwashed and with all original packaging - please ensure they are adequately wrapped so they are returned to us in perfect condition.
No questions asked although we would appreciate any feedback on the product and why you weren't happy with it.
The only exceptions are on clearance sale items - these cannot be returned unless of course there is a fault with the product and with custom made items.
Please note we require notification within 7 days or our 100% money back guarantee will have expired.
Items MUST be unused, unwashed and in original packing or tags attached and all packaging must be in new condition too. We will not refund on products that do not meet the above criteria.
We will refund the price of the item but cannot refund freight charges. We can refund on the item only not on freight charges so refunds will not include the $6 freight paid. If the order received free freight the non refundable freight charge of $6.00 will still apply to each parcel ie if you order a duvet cover and a decal they often need to be sent in separate packaging and therefore there will be two freight charges of $6 each. Please check with us first if you would like to understand how this will affect your order.
If you wish to exchange the item/s received you are welcome to do so but all the above criteria for refunds applies plus the original freight charge will be deducted from your total and a new freight charge to re ship your exchange will apply.
Product is Sold Out
If you have purchased a product that has since sold out, we will contact you with expected time frames for your order to be received. If you are not happy to wait, we understand and will cancel your order and refund your payment.
If a product you would like is marked as temporarily sold out or sold out please contact us and we will advise when delivery is expected or we can order this in for you.
Special Orders
We like to offer a great range of products here at Snug as a Bug, however due storage limitations some products on this website are only available by special order. Please contact us for more information.
Special Terms & Conditions
Snug as a Bug reserves the right to refuse your order on any grounds. If we refuse your order or are unable to fill your order for any reason we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.
All orders, products, items, including laybys, are the property of Snug as a Bug until payment in full has been received.
