Snug as a Bug has absolute confidence in the products we stock and guarantee the quality of all products offered. 

Please check all products carefully at the time of receiving and advise us within seven days if there is a fault with your product.  Please check bedding prior to washing.   If the product is faulty we will endeavour to send you a replacement and if this is not possible we will offer you an exchange or a refund (your preference).  If purchasing a discontinued or clearance item please be aware that once we are sold out will not be able to provide a replacement item if faulty so a refund will be provided in this instance.

If you are purchasing wall stickers please read this information first.  Any wall stickers purchased are considered acceptance and understanding of this information.

We offer secure credit card payment via PayPal (you do not have to have an account), to ensure your personal details are kept safe.  Snug as a Bug does not receive your payment details and cannot store or charge any extras to your card.  Payment can also be made by direct credit through Internet Banking.

Please note payment is made at the time of ordering not when products are shipped.

new returns

If have changed your mind or are not happy with the colours etc then you can return items under our 100% money back guarantee!    The only exceptions are on blackboard specials, clearance sale items and custom made items (such a kids names art and anything advised to be custom made etc) - these cannot be returned unless there is an error/ fault with the product. *Important:  We cannot accept products that have been removed from their packaging.  We try very hard to ensure our images are an accurate description of our products however different computer monitors and settings mean that the actual product colours may differ to expected but colours can be checked while remaining in packaging, so only remove from packaging if you are choosing to keep the duvet/product.  We are also happy to help with colours so feel free to contact us first for color information prior to purchasing.   

The product photo is a guide only.  Printed duvet covers & pillowcase may vary from the product photos depending on where in the fabric the items are cut from.

If you wish to return please advise within seven (7) days of receiving your order.  We will not refund on products that do not meet all our returns criteria. 

Freight charges cannot be refunded. All returns (even those that qualified for free freight) will be refunded minus the freight charge.

If you have purchased a product that has since sold out, firstly we are very sorry!  We try very hard to keep our inventory correct to avoid disappointment but ocassionaly errors do happen.  If this happens with your order we will contact you with expected time frames. If you are not happy to wait, we understand and will cancel your order and refund your payment.

non-stocked-items

Snug as a Bug offers some non stocked, preordered products and custom made items.  All these products should be stated as non stocked/preordered/custom within the listing and will also advise approximate delivery time-frame.  We cannot guarantee this time-frame but we will regularly update the status of your order and when your item can be expected.

Orders containing custom made items will generally be held until the custom made item is available so all items to be delivered together.

If are unable to fill your order for any reason we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.  
 

In the event of a genuine website pricing error we will give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order.  We strive at all times to ensure the correctness of our inventory and pricing information but in the rare occurrence of a pricing glitch we appreciate your understanding that it may not be possible for Snug a a Bug to honor the incorrect price.

Overseas deliveries - shipping charged at the time of ordering is estimated only.  This may change according to the full size and weight of your order.  For more information on our overseas shipping please click here.

NZ-Delivery
NZ orders are usually sent within 24 hours of being received.  Orders containing custom made items will be held until the custom made item has been received and your order will be sent in full.

Orders to Chatham Island and Stewart Island will incur extra charges, please contact us for a quote.  For more information on NZ deliveries please click here.
