layby terms & conditions

Simply add items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.  In the coupon section use the code LAYBY (this flags your order in our system as a layby) and choose the Direct Credit (internet banking/bank deposit) payment option. Your receipt at the end of checkout will provide our bank account details for payments.  We will contact you with your deposit and layby payment schedule.

Lay-by Terms and Conditions:

• Deposit of 20% of order must be received within 3 days of order being made.

• Layby's can be for four or six weeks - please advise at checkout what the term for your lay-by.  The minimum order amount for our layby service is $100.

• Sale or discounted items unless otherwise stated cannot be lay-byed. 

• If you lay-by an item/s that becomes a sale item during the term of your lay-by you accept this sale price does not apply to your lay-by.

• The Lay-by option is only available to NZ residents.

• All orders, products, items, including laybys, are the property of Snug as a Bug until payment in full has been received.

•  Items may be added to a layby (based on availability) but a layby cannot be reduced to under a $100 total order.

• Snug as a Bug reserves the right to refuse lay-by and to update the Terms and Conditions of our lay-by service without notice.

• A request to lay-by is considered an agreement to the Terms and Conditions above.
